Janina + Daniel's Wedding

Janina & Daniel were married last weekend at this beautiful little venue on Upper Scott Lake. We originally had plans to leave after the ceremony to take photos in Saugatuck but I’m so glad they decided to stay and shoot at Channing. Valerie + Matthew's Engagement Session

Aside from the random snowflakes falling, this was a great spring engagement session! Valerie and Matthew met up with me at this little park in Grand Rapids yesterday. These two will be married this August in Holland. Check out a few highlights from our session.

Cassie + Brandon's Saugatuck Engagement Photos

One of the best things about being a Michigan photographer is the incredible amount of lakeshore we have and the diversity that comes with it. When coming up with engagement session location ideas, the Lake Michigan shoreline is usually listed multiple times throughout my suggestions. We have wide open sandy beaches, dunes, forested dunes, beach grass meadows, lighthouses, boardwalks, and peninsulas. And that’s just on the west coast!
